• A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected at check-in and refunded at check-out, subject to any damages.

Villa Rules

• Loud music or noise is prohibited outdoors after 10:00 PM. Music may be played indoors at a reasonable volume.
• Eating and drinking inside the pool area are strictly prohibited.
• Please refrain from littering outside the property’s compound walls.
• One guest is required to provide a photocopy of a photo ID (Aadhar Card) at check-in, while other guests must complete the required form.

Interaction with Guests

• The host is not physically present on the property but is always accessible via call or message.
• A responsible caretaker is available onsite to address any concerns and ensure you have a perfect stay.
