For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term “we”, “us”, “our” used anywhere on this page shall mean VILLASTAYLONAVALA.IN, whose registered/operational office is VSL Pvt Ltd Florista Soc Near Della Resorts Kunegao, Khandala, Lonavala, Mah 410401. “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by following Terms and Conditions:

  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Your use of any information or materials on our website and/or product pages is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website and/or product pages meet your specific requirements.

  • Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India .
  • We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

1. General Terms and Conditions

This agreement is made between Mannat Villa Lonavala and VSL Pvt Ltd. (“Host”) and the individual(s) (“Guest”) booking a stay at Mannat Villa Lonavala. By booking and staying at Mannat Villa, the Guest agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
  2. Pre-Check-in Inspection: Guest Must inspect the house and document any damages before check-in in the presence of the caretaker, any pre check-in damages documented by the caretaker shall be excluded from the post check-out inspection provided the damage has not increased further than what is documented. Incase the damage has increased or worsened by the use of the guest or during their stay shall be payable by the guest.
  3. Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  4. Post Check-Out Inspection: Guest Must inspect the house and document any damages before the post check out inspection is conducted by the caretaker. Should the guest fail to pre or post inspect along with the caretaker the guests waive their collective right to dispute any damages.
  5. Late Check-Out: A fee of Rs. 2,500 per hour will be charged for any delay in check-out, with a minimum charge of one hour. This amount will be debited from the security deposit.
  6. No Pets Allowed: No pets are allowed within the premises; no refunds or adjustments will be made for cancelation or violation of this policy. Guest found in violation of this policy shall pay the Host in addition to the forfeiture of rent a fine of Rs 5000 towards cleaning charges.

3. Security Deposit

  1. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be charged at the time of check-in.
  2. The refund of the security deposit will be processed after calculating cumulatively all fines and damages and deducting the same for all violations, damages and/or breakages incurred to the premises or any items in the premises.
  3. The host shall deem the amount of damages and such amount shall be final and binding upon the guests
  4. Should the total amount of damages exceed Rs. 10,000, the Host reserves the right to retain any property of the Guest until the Guest compensates the Host in cash for the damages within 24 hours of such incident. Post this period, the Host reserves the right to dispose of any retained property of the Guest without any further notice.

4. Identification Cards

  1. As mandated by the government and the Maharashtra police, all guests entering the premises must submit a photo ID proof (Aadhar card), mobile number, and photo while signing the register.

5. Smoking and Drug Policy

  1. No Smoking Indoors: A fine of Rs. 5,000 will be debited from the security deposit for any violation.
  2. No Drugs Policy: If any guest is found consuming drugs within or around the premises, the police will be informed, and the guest will be required to check out immediately without any refund of rent or security deposit.

6. Noise and Music Policy

  1. Guests are allowed to play music until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, music can be played indoors at a very low volume that isn’t audible outdoors.
  2. Loud noises, screaming, or talking loudly are not permitted after 10:00 PM. Any nuisance caused to other residents will attract a fine of Rs. 5,000 per instance of notification.
  3. Guests will be responsible for any police complaints or fines from any authorities.

7. Swimming Pool Use

  1. The pool area is open from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  2. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, injury, disability, or fatality arising from any reason while using the swimming pool area.
  3. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted near the pool area.
  4. Violations of pool terms will attract a fine of Rs. 5,000 per instance of notification.
  5. Urinating or dirtying the pool water will attract a fine of Rs. 10,000.

8. Electricity and Wi-Fi

  1. Electricity and Wi-Fi blackouts are frequent in Lonavala. An inverter is available at the property, providing backup for up to 2 hours depending on usage. The inverter supports lights and fans only.
  2. No monetary compensation or adjustments will be provided for electricity or Wi-Fi blackouts during the Guest’s stay.

9. Use of Facilities

  1. Guests must use the facilities as they would in their own home.
  2. Guests must compensate the caretaker for fuel if they request the caretaker to purchase something from the market and must pay separately for the items ordered.
  3. Cleaning vessels and food items must be done before sleeping to avoid attracting rodents and pests.
  4. Guests have the option to pay Rs. 1,000 per night extra to the caretaker for cleaning the kitchen utensils. If the Guest chooses to clean the utensils themselves, no additional charges will be applied.

10. Liability

  1. The Host will not be liable for any theft, damage to guests property, injury, death, or suicide by any of the occupants.
  2. Guests must ensure that all entry points, including but not limited to the main gate, main door, windows, terrace, and balcony doors, are locked before sleeping to prevent theft or any untoward incident.

11. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  1. No refunds will be provided in case of early checkout or violations of any terms of this agreement
  2. No refunds or adjustments will be made in case of booking cancellations.
