1. No Refunds for Cancellations
All bookings are final. Once your reservation is confirmed, there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations made for the following reasons:
- Change of Plans: If your travel plans change for any reason, including personal, family, or work-related circumstances, no refund will be provided.
- Emergencies: We understand that emergencies can occur. However, we are unable to provide refunds in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, or family emergencies.
- Acts of God: In the event of natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of God that may affect your travel plans, no refunds will be issued.
2. Security Deposit Forfeiture
A security deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note the following:
- Violation of Policies: If you or any member of your party violates any of our rental policies, including but not limited to smoking in non-designated areas, unauthorized guests, or noise complaints, your security deposit will be forfeited in full. No exceptions will be made.
- Damages and Penalties: In the event of any damages to the property, loss of items, or penalties incurred during your stay, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from your security deposit. If the damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, you will be responsible for covering the additional costs.
3. Early Checkout
If you choose to check out before the scheduled departure date:
- No Refunds or Adjustments: There will be no refunds, adjustments, or discounts provided for any unused portion of your stay.
- Security Deposit Refund: The security deposit will be refunded minus any damages, penalties, or other charges incurred during your stay. The refund process will take place after a thorough inspection of the property.
4. No Show Policy
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and fail to inform us of any delays:
- No Refund: Your reservation will be treated as a no-show, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.
5. Changes to Reservation
We do not offer refunds or credits for changes to your reservation, including but not limited to:
- Shortening the Duration of Stay: If you wish to reduce the number of nights after your booking has been confirmed, no refund or adjustment will be provided for the unused nights.
- Changing Dates: Changing the dates of your stay will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking, and no refund will be provided.
6. General Policies
- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Adherence to the agreed-upon check-in and check-out times is required. Late check-outs or early check-ins are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Guest Responsibilities: All guests are expected to treat the property with respect and follow all house rules. Failure to comply may result in penalties, loss of the security deposit, or eviction without refund.
7. Refund Process
- Security Deposit Refunds: If applicable, security deposits will be refunded within 2-24 hours after check-out, following a thorough inspection of the property. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
